Can someone tell Nash to text Dragic instead? Tell him he's going to be our new token Slovenian. Oh, and he's going to be his back-up.

Nah, Nash will do his own thing and call P&R when he feels like it. Even Brown said so.

You don't bring in a guy like Nash, one of the greatest pick and roll players/passers/shooters ever and then not let him do his thing.

You can't screw that up, you just can't.

Frankly, I don't think Nash would even allow that.

Nash needs to take control of these team to be successful. More than anyone in the team, we need him to perform at his best. If he does that, they might as well take the size of his ring finger right now.

It's Mike Brown.

Seriously, I hope Nash answers only to Eddie Jordan on the Princeton sets and answers to no one at all when we go P&R.

Random: With 305 attempts last year, Steve Nash shot 48.5% on jumpers off the dribble. Has led league in 7 of the last 8 seasons.

I think he's someone who really really really picks his spots, he doesn't try to score unless he knows he has a good chance of making it, no wonder hes so incredibly efficient.

Is it odd that he hasn't been in the news at all lately? Have we heard from him since he was acquired?

I think he's just a low key guy aside from the silly videos he makes himself. He kinda seems like a regular dude who doesn't go out looking for tons of press and media coverage.

This. Nash seems like he is all about family and staying under the radar for the most part. I do find it hilarious how the following post was...

Grant Hill provides his thoughts on Nash's signing:

Paul Coro of the Arizona Republic wrote:Here are some highlights of his Monday conversation …

Hill on he and Nash winding up in Los Angeles: “I don’t think anybody thought that either one of us would be out here in L.A.”

...

Hill on Nash going to the Lakers: “That’s like transferring from Duke and going to Carolina.”

I hope that Brown tailors this offense to Nash and Kobe really steps back and let's Nash do his thing. If so, it's going to be hard to stop this team. then if Ron, Meeks, Jamison can knock down shots, it's over.
