It must be an enjoyable season for you, when you literally complain about everything.

So then why come into this thread and post? Wouldn't that just be a waste of your time especially since you essentially have spewed the same thing in nearly every thread in LD?

As for your other question.... Yes I am a believer in Nash plain and simple. I am sure you are not which is your choice but Nash has earned his rep for being one of the greatest PG's in NBA history. I'll trust his track record rather than your hate on him.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

It's been well established what this thread is for and what I won't tolerate in it. If you have negative things to say, they go in the other threads.

back to optimism. i am optimistic nash will turn it around and average 25 & 15. Nash will shoot 20 times a game and play great defense and we will win all the rest of our games and nash will abuse westbrook, cp3, parker and every other pg in our way to another championship. :man10:
is that better? see i'm a homer too.

I guess it's fair that you come in this thread and make a mockery of people that still support the team, because no one takes your "Look at Me" threads seriously either.

It's like this hollywood guy wants to be right about the team/players sucking more than he wants the Lakers to actually win. Just sad, man. You're not a real fan.

1. Please do not attack other posters regardless of whether or not you agree with them.

2. Get the f*** out of this thread if you're not going to take it seriously/mock people who do.

Last warning on both of those before I just kick you out of the thread myself and before I hand out warnings for attacking members.

Nobody said "keep your mouth shut", they said keep it out of the optimistic thread. You can't vent all you want in other threads, have at it in the WMC thread, the Nash thread, whatever you want.

Pau scored 25 points on 10-15 shooting.

Hopefully this will help to boost his trade value. If we can trade him for some athletic players who can boost our bench, it could help us out.

^IMO, that happened without having Dwight occupy the paint as well when he was ejected from the game. They don't operate well together for the most part; Pau is just not what we need right now. He can't defend the rim, gets beat off the dribble, etc. We need more athleticism & defensive mind players right now...

For some reason, this felt A LOT like that game against Detroit in 2008 the day before we traded Kwame for Pau.

So I'm optimistic that Pau's 25 points on 10/15 shooting can help raise his trade value. I'm also hoping that the play where he got blocked because he had no lift on a simple hook shot that would've brought it down to a 5 point game with 2 minutes left will help convince management that Pau NEEDS to be traded.

Oh and yeah, Clark. He's the real deal and it seems like establishing him as a rotation player is giving him an Ariza-esque boost in confidence in his shooting.

I'm optimistic we'll get our 18th win before our 28th loss. :man11:

Seriously, though, I'm optimistic that we'll finally "turn things around" when Gasol gets traded, hopefully for Josh Smith someway somehow. Earl Clark was a +14 today. :man4:

earl Clark should start. period. Pau should volunteer himself off the bench if he wants the team to win and start games off right. also he should be happy Clark is playing well and would want him to start if he was helping them win especially when we need wins. maybe when were back in the top 8 (if that will ever happen, doubt it) then talk about pau starting but for now earl should start and pau should be so lucky to come off the bench
