Rotations were great tonight. Duhon, Jamison, and Meeks look awesome in this system. Man it's insane how Clown basically took our three best bench players and made them worthless, it can't be stated enough how stupid that man was. I mean of course not expecting Jamison to go for 30 like that, but he was supposed to be playing the 4 this entire time. That was the only way he would be useful.

I also like seeing Pau start the 2nd Q with the bench rather than Dwight. There has to be someone out there who can facilitate the offense at all times.

Rotations looked good! getting Pau out at the 6 minute mark and putting Jamison in with Dwight and then Pau at the start of the 2nd Q. Meeks Jamison Duhon too! finally a smart coach!

Dwight looked more energetic and looked better. Jamison looked very good...aggressive, slashing, rebounding, constatntly attacking, and shot the 3 at 50% :jam2:. Meeks also looked super confident...

Glad we got Meeks Dwight and Jamison going early. thats key for us to win like this imo.

- Our bench has gotten incredibly better since MDA got here
- Our 3 point shooting has gotten better...this has happened without one of the greatest facilitators and shooters of his time in Steve Nash. Imagine how lethal we would be with Nash?

Its not like last year where blwouts were like super rare like we did vs CLE and CHA...we've had 4 quality blowout wins already against playoff competition..HOU, DEN, GSW, DAL at home and on the road. We're doing this without Nash, lots of things are trending the positive side for the Lakers. Now we just gotta take care of Orlando, Sunday and get ready for the 3 game road trip

Faried is 5th in the NBA grabbing 11 rebounds a game, Pau and Jamison held him to 2 rebounds tonight in 22 mins.

- Denver shot 54% at halftime. They finished the game shooting 46.5%
- Denver is 2nd in the league in rebounding at 47 a game, we out rebounded them 46-38
- Denver leads the NBA with 15 offensive rebounds a game, we held them to 13
- Denver is 5th in NBA in Fastbreak points with 16 a game, we held them to 10


This ladies and gents is the definition of a convincing win

As for our team overall



This team is making progress. This team has improved offensively and defensively under MDA. Our 3 point shooting and bench was one of our weakest links and we have met those needs. Our turnovers and free throw shooting will improve when Nash returns.

Pau and Kobe combined to score 20 points and we won by almost 20

The Lakers came into the game 2-7 this season Bryant scored less than 25 points...The Lakers haven't allowed a 25-point scorer in the last 14 games, which is the longest streak in franchise history in the post-shot clock era

Jamison and Meeks were the first Lakers reserves to score 20 points apiece since Bryant and Nick Van Exel did it in April 1998. ..

More ball and man movement, who shot well, rebounded well, Jamison & Meeks played extremely efficient. Addtionally, I liked the rotations.

Considering how we kept getting demolished under Brown, and now we're going uptempo with MDA, that is an insane stat.

The sad part about that play is that Iggy got his own rebound AND attacked the rim a second time before 3 of our guys ever reached half court.... he still hit 2 free throws on that possession.

Typical Lakers--I remember once we blocked someone's 3-point attempt, but then the guy jumped to get it back, then drove all the way for a wide open slam dunk.

We had 3 guys with 8 assists last night...Kobe, Pau and Duhon. We rarely have 2 guys with that many assists when was the last time we had 3?
