We won a game.

One positive thing with all our injuries is that our bench players will be vastly improved with all their experience their getting with so much minutes their getting now

Almost the whole team showed up tonight, I saw a lot of good ball movement, it was a good team win. I thought Kobe, Metta, Dwight, and Morris were all great, and Meeks and Duhon were very good. 6 Lakers scored in double figures tonight, and for the most part the defense was a lot better.

I liked what I saw for the most part. We did put up a ton of threes but most of them came from penetration or from kick outs from the post. That's how we need to play until Nash comes back to start running the offense.

Still some ugly iso ball mixed in there but it was definitely better.

For some crazy reason, and I don't know why -- but I do think we're going to go on a big winning streak soon. I just want Nash and Pau to come back and we'll be fine. Also, Duhon is good. He needs to shoot the 3.

I don't mind the 3s so much. Most of them were good open looks. Shooting 40% from the 3 is equivalent to shooting 60% from 2.

I almost forgot what a winning streak feels like. :man12:

Most players who played, with the exception of Ebanks/Jamison, really contributed tonight. The three ball was huge for us and really helped us create a large lead. Kobe was very efficient tonight shooting over 50%, and he had some amazing shots as well (2 babyhook shots). Dwight's defense presence is continuing to become stronger as he progresses in his recovery, he was altering numerous shots as well as blocking a few others. Hopefully we can continue this winning streak at home against the Bobcats on Tuesday.

The lolcats have our number dating back to the championship years. Idk when the last time was that we beat them.

I won't get too excited given their inconsistencies, however I will allow myself to be cautiously optimistic that their worst basketball is behind them.

They are the only team besides the Celtics who have an all-time winning record against us, so you're not really wrong.

The Lakers are 7-8 against the Bobcats. Surprisingly we're on a 2 game winning streak against them.
