Suns are no longer engaged in talks with Lakers on Jordan Hill, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. "Not as of now," one source says.

less then 24h to deadline, and just like i said before, all this trade talk but we are not going to do anything, MAYBE Jordan will go to Brooklyn, but Pau is not going anywhere.

Love said the Wolves are better than the Lakers.

"People think it's so far-fetched that I would stay in Minnesota. And I'm not s------- on the Lakers, but we have the better team, the better foundation. I'm having fun."

Eh, Of course the Wolves are better right now. But the team we have now won't resemble the team we have a year from now. Is he going to say that if we have Jabari Parker, Lance Stephenson and a healthy Kobe? All three of those guys are better than anyone on the Wolves roster.

Hmmm . . . so everyone of our front court guys is being discussed, but nothing about Blake any more? I'd like to get Blake moved at the deadline for sure. We have no room for him next year, and I'd rather roll with the young guys Marshall and Farmar for the rest of this year.

Well, we can potentially trade all of them. But even if we can trade just Hill and Pau, that's maybe good enough... perhaps we'll get some decent offers. Someone will walk for nothing at the end of this season for sure. Blake or Meeks or both. Who knows? As far as I'm concerned they should all be available if we can get some picks and a player we actually like and want on this team in the future. We probably don't want to re-sign Blake and Hill, but in a package deal maybe we can get a good wing player for them.

I understand that we are making salary dumps, but Bazemore and Brooks aren't awful. Okay, Bazemore might be awful, but he might be able to become a situational defending big for us.

Maybe he meant big... guard?
In the real world, the day Steph awoke at 9 a.m. to begin his Ustream show, Kobe Bryant probably awoke at the same time, even if it was 6 a.m. in California, and lifted weights.

Bazemore has talent. He's also pretty athletic. He'd probably thrive in a D'Antoni offense.

I liked what Blake said. He'd come back to the Lakers if he was wanted. Sure he might not be in the plans, but I'm not so sure I wouldn't be willing to take some of our other trade targets back next season. If we trade them now, we don't have to renounce their rights later in the year for the off-season. It would actually be easier to resign them. Not that it would happen, but that option could be open depending on how the Lakers handle their business.
