Lakers should add Landry, Hadson and Harris. They have huge potential than Odom and other oldies.

Watched him play at Gonzaga from the 7th row. He has talent but really didn't get any better from his initial season on... He's got some athletic ability and he can play when motivated but that has always seemed to be the issue with him. His handles aren't that good for a wing player at this level.

He's better than Sacre IMO.... so maybe he can surprise us.

I'd take a look at him; it's worth a shot. Just an invite...

I really like Elias's attitude and story, but he is a bit too much of a tweener to make it at the next level IMHO. It is unfortunate, but having the wrong type of body or skillset combinations is the #1 reason why otherwise gifted players never stick at the NBA level.

I would say the #2 reason is mental discipline. Most players either A. Lack the faith in themselves, or the sheer determination, to overcome adversity when they hit the wall at the professional level, or B. Lack the self control, emotional maturity or work ethic to develop into a reliable asset for professional organizations. Sticking in the pro game is NOT predicated on talent alone.
The End is nigh. Time for a total Cut and Shuffle. Kobe contract was a mistake...time to avoid making more. The future is here, whether we want it to be or not. An era is over, but for the death rattle, and it's time for the cycle to begin anew. Growth and change are scary and painful, but alas...nothing worth achieving comes easily.
