Derek Fisher: Needs to finish better, he misses a lot of lay ups

Kobe Bryant: Needs to take over like Jordan more often.

Shaquille Oneal: Needs to lose weight, and develop a consistant hook

Devean George: Needs to take it to the hole more.

Jannero Pargo: Needs to develop his shot.

Kareem Rush: Needs to stop being nervous, and shoot like he did in college.

Rick Fox: Needs to Heal and develop his bank shots he had with Boston.

Robert Horry: Needs to find his Shot.

Slava Medvedenko: Needs to improve defensively, and get PT

Mark Madsen: Needs to work on offensive end.

Any thing y'all wanna add?

I agree except for Jannero Pargo developing his shot. He already has an accurate jump shot but just never gets the opportunity to shoot the ball because of Kobe and Shaq, which are the 1st and 2nd options. I say Pargo just needs to shoot the ball more. He was a 3 pt shooting threat in college and needs to become that outside perimeter threat w/ the Lakers.
Kareem Rush does seem to look pretty nervous out there, but w/ this 2nd season coming into play, he should be able to build more confidence. Rush, like Pargo, was also a perimeter threat when playing for Missouri.

All in all, the Lakers need to develop their rookies... they have alot of potential.
