Who's our enforcer?

I don't really think there is one in the NBA personally............ mostly fronters .....

and rules in todays game make it very hard to get your shots in "legally".... there were a lot of different ways before the early 90s to send a message..... these days all you got is a death stare and chirping....

I think Bryant's death stare can be affective enough ....even from the bench :man1:

Well, I think what is meant by enforcer is someone who isn't shy to put in a hard foul, or a cheap shot foul that isn't too serious.

Like a Matt Barnes chop across the arms or a shoulder check from a KG. Talk a little bit, get the other team a little flustered.

The person I can see giving one of those type of fouls is Kaman. Williams may get in there as well if someone like KG or Blake start talking.

lakersfan2 - ya but that's my point...... that doesn't deter anyone.....y6ou can't deliver a hard enough foul these days without serious consequences from the league.....

The only way to be an "enforcer" these days is the threat of thoroughly embarrassing a guy in front of the cameras...... like drop 60 on their sorry butts and have it replayed on ESPN every half hr for 24 hrs straight..... nothing hurts these babies more these days than an assault on their precious egos and we just so happen to have a guy when healthy that can do just that.......

I've thought it was Williams since preseason, I just didn't see this thread somehow. IF we have an enforcer it's Williams, he always seems to be the first one to jump into the middle when guys start talking trash or get bunched up looking for a fight, he's been doing it since preseason. Of course nothing ever really happens in today's NBA, but if you can call anyone an enforcer it seems to be Williams. Young also seems to have no problems getting into it with the opponent.

That might not have been smart. Hey speaking of punching, your boy looked pretty good Saturday night, just from the few clips I saw. Really wish these guys that run the game would do the Mayweather / Pacquiao bout even now, but looks like not in the cards.
