Between D. George and D. Fish who would you rather trade to get Payton in a sign and trade (What Payton really wants).

or do you think we keep fish and george and settle with a Ty Lue? or a LLE worthy PG???

The MLE will be used on a 4, Gary doesn't want the MLE we have to offer.

So GP wants a sign in trade? I'd rather use Madsen or Horry for that.

O.K. guys you don't have to do a sign andtrade to obtain Payton. It is not necessary. Payton WILL sign here on his own accord for the MLE and his contract will inflate each year to make up for the difference.

To answer your question - I give up neither. Fisher can be a great 6th man and Devan is the future of the franchise at the small forward position.

no if you trade for payton, still have the MLE for a PF that would be the best sit.......

I think the Lakers should makr a 6 man trade, it should be Med. because he sux for Curry(make him stating PF). Then Walker for Fizer(back up PF or small C). Then trade an aging Shaw for a young player like Crawford, the Bulls would do that because they have J-Will and Hinrich, and they still would have chandler.

Lakers lineup backups

PG Fisher PG Crawford, Pargo
SG Kobe SG Rush
SF George SF Fox, Walton
PF Curry PF Horry, Cook, Fizer
C Shaq C Madsen or Cook

There is no way that the Bulls would agree to this, it would be a very unwise trade for them. They lose young talented players, for players that are old or nowhere near as good as the other players.

They're not gonna want a sign and trade... That's a dumb thing to do. Plus if they sign him, I don't think we'll pick him up.

Chi-town wouldn't even go through with a trade like this...

The Bucks are selling the organization so they are freeing up the cap space to make the team less expensive, also I think a S&T would be better for the bucks, because there is no way GP is going to want to be on a losing team that doesn't make the play-offs, Milwakee is RE-building, and expect a S&T for Payton, they'll be dumb to let him go for nothing.

I think if he signs a Sign and trade contract, the bucks can't keep him, get the contract states he is going to be traded. (I think).

Does anyone have information of those types of contracts???

To answer the original question on the thread..

...If we get Payton in a sign and trade, I would let go of Fisher instead of George. Pargo can play the back up role, with Payton starting and even Walton can play a little point forward. So losing Fish is not that bad.

I know.

I just stated the sign and trade because I've heard reports that he wants more than the 4.6 million MLE the Lakers can offer.

And the only way he can get more is from a sign and trade.

I'll be happy if he takes our MLE.

Yea... provided with the link also, that's what GP wanted. But with the organization not wanting to help him out, he's gonna have to sacrifice to get that championship.
