Nice job losing to Philly (Bynum) Orlando (Howard) and Phoenix (Nash). Why bother with these useless trades; should have just started over after last year.

17 shots for Ron...they kept leaving him wide open. Come the eff on. You have to make them. To top it off he had 0 assists how the eff do you justifying this when the whole damn team is moving the ball around and making the extra pass. Hes been a ballhog all year

^They're going to leave Metta & Earl open all night long. I mentioned this the other day; Metta is a streaky shooter; he's had cold stretches this year and tonight just so happened to be one of his off nights. We need more of a pure shooter at the SF position that can be relied upon to play defense, hit shots, and generally make good decisions with the basketball.

Despite this epic brain fart we had tonight, we still really do look much better going forward. We have made fundamental changes to the way we are approaching the game, our team looks a lot more connected and I am confident that all the disappointment the players are feeling right now will be the kick in the pants to finish off this road trip strong.

It's not the end of the world, we will still be in pretty good shape if we can take 5 out of the next 6.

First game I get to watch from start to finish in what seems like forever and they go and do that...sheesh.

they left him open on purpose, most of the time the Suns players didn't even bother trying to chase him off the 3pt line.

Pretty much tonight was a carbon copy of the NOH game. Difference is, we won because we were at home and lost because we were on the road.

We just aren't very good. We are so prone to given up big runs. It astounds me.

Yes Dwight is a 3-time DPOY and the best defensive big men in the league, Dwight just show how important he is to our team even not 100% healthy, without him our defense is extremely atrocious and horrendous, he is our anchor and the Lakers future franchise next few years, we need to please him and lock him up a long-term commitment, Jimbo needs to get this right and do the right thing this time, this including firing Mike D'Antoni if needed in order to resign Dwight.

Our D without Dwight is worthless. Pathetic really. MWP is getting too many shots. Why is he constantly chucking if it's not his day, I don't know. But it has to stop.

lets blame the proper players. Pau came in with a funk and his body language showed it. 24 even yelled at him to wake up. this guy is still pouting about not starting. he wants everybody else to buy in but he doesn't want to.
if he came in with the proper energy and effort we would have been up by 30. in the 4th Qtr this guy doesn't even jump or try with enough force on defense. Once again he didn't fight for deep post position for easy buckets when we were looking to feed him. Now on to Nash who once again played too passive. MDA horrible coaching as usual. no idea how to get the ball out of beasley hands late just horrible in game adjustments. everybody keeps saying we couldn't score down the stretch but who cares you have to win with your defense on nights like that and get stops down the stretch.

They saw Pau down there & let Beasley iso to drive to the unprotected basket. Pretty much the only thing Beasley is really good at, & we played right into their hands.

It is just ridiculous that this team loses 10+ point leads with so little to go in the 4th against bad teams.

I know we blew that game; it sucks. It's happened so many times this year. I'm sick & tired of it. When Dwight went out, he takes our interior defense with him. Gasol gets raped in the paint immediately. Clark & Metta couldn't guard Beasley to save their lives; that was mostly on Clark on who had the assigment defensively. It's depressing to watch. Pau is depressing to watch.

Either way, we miss Jordan Hill. Jordan's injury really hurt us in way where he could have played some backup 5 and provided way better help defense & rebounding. He has a limited offensive game, but I'd take that over Pau's inability to challenge shots in the paint all day long...

I don't see how this team is gonna make the playoffs by having a 5-16 record on the road, that is pretty unheard of and I can only recall a expansion team having a worse record on the road then we have, I would be pretty shocked if something does not happen soon to shore up our bench/line-up........ I hope the Lakers were not stupid to think the 3-game winning streak changed our season around... because it did not.
