Pre-whine : Harden getting phantom calls and traveling his way to the basket ( never seen a player travels so much... at least 2/3 of his penetrations are traveling violations )

Kobe and Ron will be all over Harden. Some are saying Harden is a top 2 0r 3 SG in the NBA. Kobe has heard that.....

Need Dwight and Gasol to dominate. Forget the run and gun. This should just be the pound the paint game.

We need to stop complaining about calls. We're not gonna get them. We're not Miami or OKC. We're just not gonna get them. Period.

If we play through fouls and toughen up and actually make those baskets without complaining, it kills the opponents' psyche. They'll be thinking, "Damn, I fouled him pretty good, and he still made it even without a call, and he's not even complaining..."

defensive lapses continue, i'll whine about that. winning teams don't give up the amount of easy shots that the lakers did in the first half. gasol's got to rotate when howard goes for the block, and the guard who got picked needs to box out on the weak side as best he can. how these guys continually fail to do these things is sort of shocking, really.

there's a ton of pressure to be perfect on offense tonight, and the lakers have been nearly perfect on that end. two halves of that are unlikely, so play some defense.

WMC: If I had to pick one, transition defense, especially after made shots. That can not continue to happen. Also, want to see more D12 lobs!

Brown just lacked common sense. It was so obvious our players were too talented to be playing out of their comfort zone for no reason, but for god knows what reason he was adamant about sticking with our joke of an offense. I hope he was just too ashamed to admit it wasn't working instead of actually being retarded and thinking it would have actually been better for the team.

i doubt he lasts that long. the hire was probably cuz he had experience with coaching bball, as well as hosting on am710, but that's radio. still, i can think of a handful of other am710 guys i'd rather be sitting in his spot. twc should give max kellerman a new show. he can even bring marcellus :man10: our own little 'first take.'

It's pretty crazy. I remember EVERYONE was crapping on Morris during pre-season, he just looked totally worthless. But he's actually shown to have some value. Still a bit reckless but he's not a total liability out there.
