Yes i called Jack bandwagon fan so what? Screw that guy, he won't help us getting to playoffs, it was just funny to me how he can't stand losing like a man and sit there to the end of a game.

Agreed.

Pringles, for all his errors, should not be the difference between a 100 million roster being a contender vs. a lottery team.

Heck, last season should be proof because w/o training camp and a roster worse on paper, Mike Brown still got us to the second round with more 1 more victory than phil's last season.

Right now we're on pace to achieve not even half of that. Mike brown was a terrible coach and the team was able to succeed despite his ineptitude due to their talent.

This team, however isnt talented and rightfully so as their record indicates. No way are they contenders even if phil came back because they don't have what it takes to win period. They need to look at themselves before they point the finger at someone else.

Yeah call the guy with season tickets for the last 30+ years a bandwagoner. The guy I'm sure had better things to do then watch a horrendous display from the team he financially supports through his ticket payments.. But w/e you Uncle Drew and the rest of you true fans out there keep letting all of us "bandwagoners" know how we aren't real fans in anyway you can..Pride comes before the fall and thats part of why this team is where it is

I've read that a lot. What was he saying? I didn't get to watch the game.

I'll try to keep it brief and hit on the main points....

Main point - Too many players on our team are pouting if they don't get theirs on offense and it's reflecting in our defense.

Other points ....
1.) He emphasized what Clark/Sacre were doing. They just went out and worked hard, gave 100% energy and didn't care about shots or where they would like to be on the court. They just played hard and did what they were supposed to do (To the best of their abilities) on both ends of the court.

2.) D12/Pau should be taking notes on the above because too often they are talking about what they want and not giving the team what they need and that's 100% regardless of how many shots you are getting.

3.) D12 shouldn't be taking veiled shots at Kobe in the media, he needs to be a man, hash it out in the locker room and take responsibility for his actions on the court.

Basically just calling out the players for being babies and the childish reasons that they are not giving 100% on both ends of the court, even though guys 13/14/15 on our roster have half the skill and are busting their a** because they want to win and not because they are playing for stats.

Matt Barnes

11.2 pts - highest of his entire career (prev high - 10.2 PHX)
1.0 blk - highest of his entire career (prev high - 0.8 LAL)
1.3 stl - highest of his entire career (prev high - 1.0 GSW)

36.0% 3PT - 2nd highest of his entire career (highest - 36.6% GSW)
49.5% FG - 2nd highest of his entire career (highest - 53.6% PHX BUT only 3PPG @ 10.8 MPG)

this guy plus a solid pointguard (aka Nash) is amazing as a backup. why did we let him go??? so stupid of jim buss especially since we didnt even have a real backup SF bc Ebanks is still unproven and now not even playing. ugh! :disagree:

This. Just pathetic, I expect us to lose every single game. I forgot what it felt like for us to win a game...

even if we win one by sheer luck we lose the next few. and repeat.

but i have faith that from now on it'll get better. we need pau back and dwight and maybe sign martin or delonte which would be smart now before its too late, but either way i think this team will do better. i have to believe that

Even if they win 65 % of their games the rest of the way, its still not enough to make the playoffs.

This team has to be really really dominant the rest of the way. Like 95' Bulls dominant.

One point JVG brought up that was missed here...

4) He said that Kobe needs to sacrifice some of his shots to get D12 the ball more because getting the ball is important to D12. I thought that was a good point. JVG did say that Kobe has been scoring efficiently, but even when he's making them, he's got to give some of them back to keep D12's head in the game so to speak.

I'm sure we'll see a lot of eyes rolling on that comment and surely there was a reason why it wasn't listed here, but, it makes a lot of sense. I think that's a point a lot of people miss when the discussion of Kobe's shot totals comes up. It's not always about how efficiently he shot, it's about how high shot volumes can impact a team especially on a team with players who do care about having the ball.

If someone else on the team meant Kobe only shot the ball 7 times per game I'm pretty sure he'd be pissed about it too.

Maybe there wasn't a reason. Maybe, just maybe, I forgot that JVG said that because I was going from memory.

You could of just added JVG's comment in, but in typical JGC fashion, the post has been twisted to invoke an argument over something that isn't really there.

Here how about some practice....
