I've never felt worse as a Laker fan.

Combine the fact this team is going nowhere for 3 straight years with our inability to compete, and it's basically a total embarrassment. I've lost hope, not for the present, but for the future. We don't have the guys in the front office to pull us out of this mediocre rut.

This is rock bottom.

Ahh, it's over man. I love this franchise and everything that it used to stand for (and what Kobe stands for now), but all we have now is our memories until a management change is made. By then, we might be in outer space or something watching it on our holographic projectors.

considering the roster we have right now, there is no point but watching these games as "preseason" games..

They weren't a title contender even when they were winning.. now, with all these injuries, there is no point in getting too upset at this..

of course, I'll always be upset at the management for having this roster.. If the lakers had half the supporting cast that Dallas has, we wouldn't be talking about this..

the year before, they didn't make the playoffs because of injuries.. They were in the hunt at the 6th spot before they basically tanked.

Might be similar this year if LO and Luke don't come back soon.

2 years ago the team just wasn't very good, and you could argue that the coaching change and injuries to Odom and Bryant killed them, but the main problem was just that they were a bad team.

Last year they were a rebound away from going to the semifinals.

This year it's been injuries. I've learned to realize that. During the last month I kept on telling myself the team just sucks and there's no excuses, but that was just releasing anger. People around here just need to come to that realization that injuries are the reason this team isn't 15 games above .500.

Mitch better be on the phone at the end of the season.

Kobe stays.

The other 14.

Have your pick teams!

Worse loss at home? :man3:

Are you kidding me?

WE LOST TO THE DALLAS FREAKING MAVERICKS!! POSSIBLE CONTENDERS FOR THE 1996 CHICAGO BULLS WINS RECORD!!! :bang: :bang:

The worse loss IMHO was the one against Charlotte. Not only did we lose to crap, we lost Luke too.

^Should have been more clear about it.

I'm not surprised though. An injury depleted squad fighting against a possible record breaker. Doesn't surprise me at all.

This loss was expected.
The unexpected thing about it was that it was preceded by 5 losses.

I guess I could've been more clear about it. Or, if you'd been watching the game, you'd know what I was talking about.

Did you happen to notice that no one else questioned this?
