Just curious what everyone thinks.
I actually have a different question. Is Bazemore making X expendable?
I think X has played well but he also keeps getting hurt. His game is kind of reckless which lends itself to more injuries. Can he learn to play without it being costly? On the other hand I think Bazemore has shown he can get to the rack just as easy and hit the outside shot just as easy if not better without looking like an Injury is just waiting to happen.
It's strange because between the two Henry is the one with the more NBA-type body (more size and strength) but he's the one hurting himself.
What's REALLY strange is the way Henry doesn't get calls. He gets to the rim at will, but gets hit almost every time and usually can't get calls.
Between the two I'd pick Henry just because I see more potential there and he's actually younger. You're right the injury thing is a little frustrating, but I still see some really solid potential in Henry. Bazemore has a real "wild horse" mentality. I like him, I think he's got solid potential to be a role player in this league BUT... He takes a lot of shots and his court vision isn't great. He's a good passer, but he doesn't really have that feel for passing on the fly. If he's driving then he's already made up his mind to either shoot it or pass it, if he sees something confusing, that's not going to change his decision.
That being said I'd love to keep both of them.
