Do You think the Lakers can win it all totally without Kobe?

Even though I expect him to play about 60-65 regular season games and be there for the play-offs, Do You think they can win it all completely without Kobe? I think they can. Shaq will be dominant again (32-33 pts. 15 rebounds) Malone and Payton will have to pull their wieght (no "riding coattails" as they say) I see Malone getting alot of open shots so I predict about 17-18 pts. and about 7 rebounds and Payton will get alot more room to rome so I predict 19-20pts. and about 8 assists. Also Fish will see alot of playing time (9-10 pts.) and Devean will have to fun the fast-breaks with Payton so I think he'll get 8-9 pts. Of Course, I do expect Kobe to be there for the all of the play-offs and hopefully most of the regular season (he might miss mid-season like January and February for the Trial if it starts in 6 months). That's just me...

I'm sorry, I disagee, the Lakers would lose a defensive stopper in Kobe, and lose athleticism, that means I think the Lakers would not get a ring. But Cheer up, Kobe will play.

I think they still have a chance if he's not there (they'll need to get another SG) but it'll be very hard.

I think they still have a chance - the other 3 will have to work much harder and they have a great coaching staff.
Go Lakers!!

Very much agree with your percentages Old Redd!!!

Having Kobe would basically make us unstoppable. Without him there is a slight chance that we can fall short.

It would have been a perfect summer if this Kobe thing did not happen.
