Farmar looks good, still quick, but more in control.

I really hope that we don't go extremely small vs. teams like the Warriors who have C/PF that can dominate that matchup.

We are getting murdered on the inside.

Good observation.

I think that's really a big part of the difference, but he also looks stronger. Maybe won't get knocked off balance as easily as in the past.

Henry with the Jordan Farmer buzzer beater
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

Even if we stay with a big lineup, Pau and Kaman are our rim protectors, so I expect to get murdered inside a lot.

I kind of expected Farmar to take that shot, but... this works too.

Like others have said, this team looks so more fun to watch than last year - and we haven't even seen Kobe/Pau/Nash out there.

Xavier looks promising. He can create his own shot a bit, is athletic, can slash, and a solid defender.

Farmer pg skills look great, as does Blake's.

Young gives us someone we desperately have needed the past few years - someone who can create their own shot and is a threat from anywhere on the court.

Kaman's offense looks good. Then again, anybody's offense looks good coming from Dwight.

Wesly has some bright spots but not much to judge yet.

My concerns thought are our rebounding.

I should have been more specific. I'm talking about rebounding. When we have Blake/Meeks/Young/Johnson on the court at the same time, it shouldn't be vs. Lee/Bogut/Iggy. Rebounding is suffering.

I'd say that Young is a slightly better scorer then Metta.

Already in one half more exciting than any game last pre-season...& we don't even have Kobe/Pau/Nash on the floor. This team plays hard, like a real team, & with no complaints. A young hard working squad staying in the game & hustling, love it :jam2:

Yes I am noticing we aren't boxing out in the paint enough. Although Hill and Kaman have been around pretty much every ball on the defensive board. I do like the activity.
