We (Ginofan and I) were in a sports bar in San Antonio watching the game. Would you believe I was the only one cheering when the Lakers scored? :jam2:

I have also notice that our first squad may be not as good as the spurs or the timberwolves but our second squad looks better than any team i have seen so far

I love how Brown and Bobbitt play off of each other. We need um both and to play them both at the same time.

Also, Cook is the second coming of Sam Perkins (the one that was such a good shooter towards the end of his career).

Cook mentioned on today's radio p[re-game that Rudy's system is very similar to the system he ran in colelge and that has a lot to do with why he looks so comfortable in this offense.

And no, I like Bobbit, but we're small enough of a team as it is. Let Bobbit get a team elsewhere (he will) and hold onto Brown. If the kid can play half as good as he is in these pre-season games the Lakers may have uncovered a gem.

By the way, this is why I've been telling all of you to not give up on Cook so much. The guy was Big 10 player of the year for a reason. Mitch did a great thing drafting Luke and Brian, they're both going to turn out to be invaluable parts of this team.
