where are all the Sasha, "I never met a shot I didn't like" Vujacic lovers. Anyone still think he will beat out Tierre for a spot on the active roster?

scoring over 100 is nice but when the team your playing against is scoring in the 90's or above with you says we need to work on our D. this was a good game for L.A. though.

Cook really impressed me, if he can keep that up throught the regular season, that will definetly boast up our offense.

Odom needs to try and loosen up. The man is looking really stifff but I guess you can say it's the new feel kinda look he's going through so he'll probably shake it off. Glad to hear Divac making a return soon, and hopefully things will look up for our injured players. Butler we need you!!!

Theres my lousey 2 cents. :man13:

Yeah, Sasha's having problems bring the ball up against 3rd string Clippers so he's definitely not ready yet. But Tierre and Bobbitt both look really good. Maybe we should ditch Atkins.

Hey what a convincing win that was.
Kobe is showing me flashes of a lot of 50 point games this season

Defense was lax, I honestly think that might have a lot to do with the inconsistent players on the floor and the minutes they're getting. Defense is the hardest thing to learn in a new system and it may take the Lakers about 6 or 7 game this year to get Rudy' defensive schemes down.

However, if the offense remains even remotely close to that balance this year, the league may be in for a surprise. Granted, it was pre-season against a very hobbled Clipper team, but production is production and tonight it was good to see everyone invloved.

Sasha suffered from limtited minutes tonight, but I'm still not impressed. Last game he had trouble against any kind fo pressure and he really seems to nervous out on the court. The kid has a ways to go and I wouldn't mind seeing him in a suit for a while so he cvan get used to the NBA via practice and watching the more experienced guys play through a bit of the season.

Odom seemed to suddenly understand (and from the halftime and post game comments it made it more appraent that was so) his role on this team. Il ike his comments about doing whatever ti takes to win, etc..

With Mihm and COok staying on this great development track this team seems to be in for a more successful than expected season. Although yet again, thius is pre-season and means little to the eventual performance of this team when ti matters. Nonetheless, things are looking as if they're rounding into form ever so slowly.

Kobe was good tongiht, not great but good. He also needs to elarn when to be that example leader and when to be a complementary player to the other guys. I have no doubt Kobe will learn that quickly. I think he will realize that a solid 26 - 27 point average this year from him will yield more wins than trying to go off for mass points every game.

Anyway, nice solid game from Brown especially and the rest of the guys - onto play the Suns.

Complaining about a foul that he was called for, he got one T, then he had a few more words for the ref, and he got kicked out.

I was glad to see Mihm get aggressive.

He is a very low key mellow guy and it was good to see that he has a bit of fire in him when things get rough. It was just another good sign from Mihm.

I'm tellin' ya buy his jersey early so you can say you were a fan fro mthe beginning, Mihm's gonna take a lot of people by surprise this year.
