Honestly we need to do stuff like this more often. The argument before was that he has to conserve energy for offense so he can't take the best guy on the other team. But when Nash, a top 3 offensive player of all time, is on your team you don't need Kobe to go all out on offense. He should be dedicating more effort to defense and less to offense.
