We are up about 20 and we choked it away. We have every right to be upset.

One thing that bothers me is that when we get too comfy we blow leads.

Kobe was on fire. He refused to shoot when it mattered.

Ron was probably shocked he was given the ball. But that was the right play. I didn't really watch the first three quarters.... did I hear we were up 19 in the first half?

The lead was "choked" away in the 2nd quarter. Since mid-way through the 2nd the Jazz have dictated the entire tempo of this game. It's not like we blew a 20 point lead in the 4th.

He has no luck with any shot, the only shot he should take is inside the paint

This game shows that our defense still needs Bynum to get the job done against half-court execution teams like Utah.

Milwaukee, Detroit, Chicago and Minny are terrible offensive teams and Golden State is only good in the full court. All we did was post them up constantly to keep the game a half-court game. We need Bynum back if our defense is going to stop high-level half-court execution.

If you are getting upset about a meaningless regular season game, that was played on the road, against an excellent team, and decided in the last minute or so... you should not be watching sports.

Instead, try some meditation or deep breathing exercises. They help.

Exactly. This could be Kobe's way of telling Ron that he trusts him completely because Ron is kind of in a funk. To many CLers look at stats and the standings. Gotta relax it's a long season.

it's the big picture that we gave up a 19 point lead that has us mostly pissed off. ron sucking is just peripheral

Yeah, I guess. I'm not too upset about it. The Lakers pace themselves. What we really need is Bynum who needs to come back as soon as possible. Pau's gonna be worn out by the All-Star break.

LOL at everyone saying regular season games don't mean anything.

Yes they do.

If what you're saying is correct, then we shouldn't even play our starters. In fact, we're no better than the Heat so far THIS season.

These game do matter. We are fighting for the number 1 seed.

It's one of these cold nights that we need Bynum's help cuz we need to rebound to get those extra chance points.

Nah he didnt refuse to shoot they were doubling teaming the bloody hell out of him and he made the right plays by setting up open teammates. The open teammate just didn't make the shots these are one od those games.

No what I think Karacha is saying is that yeah maybe they mean something but people completely overreact to losses like its the end of the world. We all know the Lakers will be there in the end.

3 out of the last 4 years we've lost at Utah when we played them in late November/Early December. Our guys are probably in a festive mood from Thanksgiving, i wouldn't be surprised if they lost and wouldn't take too much from that game

No biggie. Lets move on

And LOL at the confetti coming down in Utah like they won a championship LOLLLLL over a regular season win are you kidding me?

i think he meant, we can't make fun of the heat losing and saying "it doesn't matter" if we're gonna do the same thing (ignoring the W-L stats)
