You are right -- Kahn has a better team for the furture and more tradeable assets than Jim Buss does.

I got problems of my own. Can't morally grieve over a piss poor season, which this is stacking up to be judging the last 2 road performances. There are other matters to attend to. Hope the high rollers keep this club afloat and in L.A....

And the Lakers are?? I am deeply concerned because I don't see them getting passed the first round in the playoffs right now.

I feel extremely sad for Kobe, he doesn't get to go out the right way if this continues. This team is average and the coach completely sucks (the "focus on defense" is not showing at all, except maybe through our disgusting offense).
Kobe needs to go out in the right way, as the leader of a serious contender, committed to win it all, with teammates that play as fearlessly as he does, or at least try to

Should have hired Brian Shaw and stuck with the triangle. This team obviously cannot play traditional offense.. not even close.

I agree that Dwight is better, but nobody ever makes comparisons on quickness and athleticism. They do point out that Drew is also great at rebounding, blocking shots, and has more moves in the paint that Dwight, better footwork.

what exactly is Drew better in the paint at? He has 1 move, that hook shot....you know it takes good foot work to do those running jump hook shots that Howard does and his speed requires good foot work too in order to get around his guy.

Honestly, you've got a point, Dwight has improved with his post moves IMO, simply by using his quickness. I do think Drew has more moves, but really in the end it doesn't matter because Dwight is better, just pointing out that no Drew fans ever really say he's more athletic than Dwight, just that he's better in other areas.
