Bynum didn't get a post touch the entire 4th........

let me be honest. I felt bad for the Lakers after the first 2 games...

but after tonight I have no problem with them getting swept. They absolutely deserve it and Lakers absolutely deserve the embarassment.

it wasn't even a fun ride...all season they sucked balls and now they pussed out once again.

I actually hope they get swept....will be a well deserved arse whooping.

The entire series can be summarized in one stat:

4th quarter scoring for all three games: Dallas - 82, Lakers - 55.

No one can call the Mavericks chokers anymore, it's clear they are far more clutch and poised than the Lakers.

Kobe SUCKS@!@! Couldn't even hit that running, out of control three that wouldn't have mattered.

If you want to be mad about something, or at someone, be mad at Gasol. He didn't show up for three quarters. Again. Heck, be mad at the refs before you're mad at Kobe.

Realize this: you will always find a way to fault Kobe. What could he have done differently? He has constantly changed his game to baby players' egos, to inspire, to lead by example, to carry teams with flagging ability...and he did it again except for what some of you want to point out...three plays. A TO and two missed shots. THAT's the reason we lost? It wasn't the second unit going away from Bynum in the 4th and taking a series of long jumpers when Kobe was on the bench? Lead should have been 15 by the time Kobe entered the game.

Well time to make history fellas. Nothing more I can say.

I'm not talking about skill. Kobe is the greatest of all time in that category. I'm including effort and defense, too, and decision making and taking difficult shots when you could work for easier ones. MJ worked for easier shots all the time.

The hard part is that Dallas is a streak shooting team....they didn't shoot great against Portland but now they can''t miss....and especially can't miss in the clutch....

They will go cold in the next series and probably loose.

There's no point of watching game 4. Not because their down 0-3, it's because it's a ABC afternoon Sunday game and Lakers usually play like crap in those games.

Game 1 was a tough loss, Lakers played good most of the game, but not good enough.
Game 2 was a solid Mavericks win that you would expect to see a team have in any playoffs series.
Game 3 the Lakers played a pretty solid game most of the time, but when it started to really get down to it, they just fell apart. Pitiful way to end the season, even if they manage to steal the next game(Which, after tonight, I doubt it) this series is done.

Still though, I'm still happy for everything this team gave us over the last few seasons, it has been an amazing time that will be remembered in Lakers history for years to come.

Pretty stupid thing to say after this game considering his shot-selection and decision-making was excellent all game.

We had a lead going into the 4th quarter 2 out of 3 times and we couldn't close it out.

We just went away from our gameplan in the 4th and crumbled. We stopped going inside, stopped playing defense. It's just very disappointing that we go out this way.Oh well...You can't win every year...it's been a great run

I won't even comment, original 81, I love Kobe. I just it how it is and have been saying this for a while now. Kobe ignored Bynum. That alone shows everything that is wrong with him. Decision making, etc, with his no defense and retarded shot selection, he still did a lot of things very well tonight.

yeah the lead SHOULDA been 15, but it wasnt. so peja hits a 3 and how do we respond? by kobe turning it over. ok, now we're up by 5 instead of 8, so what does kobe do? fade away 23 footer of course. whoever it was hit another 3 and now we're up 2.

no, the loss wasnt totally on kobe, but his crappy decision making made an 8 point lead turn into a 2 point real quick.
