oooohhhh....I've been waiting for this game forever...

I simply can't accept the fact that we always get spanked in that arena...

MUST WIN, period.

This is a big, big game for us. Hopefully Andrew and Pau are ready for Przybilla.

Why the hell were neither of the LA@Blazers games on National TV this season? Do the people choosing ESPN and TNT's games do their homework? 95% of the time they go down to the wire and that's not an exaggeration.

This game is almost made for us to lose it. Playing in Portland, back-to-back, after playing a late night game against the second best team in the West... yeah.

Of course it would be nice to win it because:

a) we are still trying to get the HCA over Cleveland, and

b) its nice to make a statement two nights in a row against our potential playoff opponents.

I'd expect Odom and Fish to give us more this time.

At least we should not be worried about Oden.

He's a low level ninja.

Well technically that's Lamar's job... Just kidding.

But Pryzbilla is definitely no joke, the guy hustles and plays good D. This is actually a huge challenge for Bynum, and the rest of the team for that matter.

I say we lose tonight honestly, although I hope not. I'm usually not one to predict losses but sorry, I don't know if they can. They've been better lately, especially the bench so here's hoping they prove me wrong.

Got this quote from the LA Times. Roy adding to the flames for tonight's game:

"It's funny. Before the game, me and LaMarcus [Aldridge] were laughing, saying, 'They're going to do something,' " Roy told the Oregonian last month. "He was like, 'Well, we'll be ready.' And I was like, 'Yeah, we will be ready.' So I'm not saying that we predicted it, but we knew they were going to . . . try to be a bully. Again, I'm not trying to say [the Lakers are] dirty. But it just seems like every time we play them [there's something]. But we're ready to defend one another. That's what we have to do."

Jackson was told about Roy's comments about calling the Lakers bullies.

"If my team ever tries to bully anybody, I would be totally surprised," Jackson said. "This is not a bullying team."

Talk radio in Portland has declared the Lakers and Arzia Enemies No. 1.

Let me start off by saying i HATE Portland. Their fans and their players as well as announcers. Just as much as i despise the 3 Major teams in Boston sports, their fans etc...

WE WILL WIN THE GAME.

Tonight is about R E S P E C T. nothing less.

Normally i would dread playing in the rose garden and i will still watch the game on mute most of the night.... but i think the result tonight will be much different then last time. As long as the refs allow us to have a fair game, despite it being the 2nd game of a back to back.... WE WILL WIN.

Write it down, take a picture... i dont care either way. If this team has a pair, we will see it tonight or never.

The announcers and fans just blow me away. It's disgusting.

Their players have inexplicable attitudes as well. They're too young to know just how brash they are.

I believe we win tonight. We are due to win there, and the team wants to send a message that no one in the west can beat us anywhere. Its a big challenge but I think Kobe, Pau, and AB will dominate.

It's just a bit crazy because if we do win we surely will beat Memphis and then we got Utah for the sweep and maybe HCA.

So how will we play Utah with HCA maybe on the line, and the possibility that if we beat Utah we then force them into the 8 spot and play them again in the first round?

I just hope I can watch it on the tube.. Last game was on league pass, but most of the other Portland games haven't been up here in Seattle proper.. But regardless, we HAVE to win this game.. Revenge for last time and stop that damn streak once and for all..

There is no excuse. The Lakers must realize that this is NOT just a regular season game. If the Lakers lose, they let this team think it can beat the Lakers in the playoffs. If the Lakers can't win in the Rose Garden, then a series with the Blazers is going 7, and that shouldn't happen.

It starts with Outlaw and the problems he creates with Luke and Ariza. And it really ends with Aldridge on offense and Pryzbilla on the boards. Roy will get his, but will also be busy trying to guard Kobe, so that takes some away from him.

Drew not allowing second chance points, and Pau and LO making Aldridge work on O and D is key.

Oh, and ENERGY!!! Play with an attitude.

NO TEAM IN THE WEST has beaten the Lakers twice this season. NO TEAM. Knock on wood. Please don't let the damn Blazers be the only one. Nate M will try to take Kobe out of it, and make Fish, Sasha, and LO beat them. Those guys can't go 8 for 35 like they did last night.

This IS A STATEMENT GAME. I hope they respond and find a way to win.

Cleveland isn't going to lose any of it's games so this game is really depressing.

If Cleveland is THAT good, then perhaps we don't want to face them. I think they will lose one.

Frankly, I am worried about memphis, they have been playing everybody tough and are blowing out the Suns right now.

1.No, we don't want to face them. We wouldn't have HCA are you know what the refs do when there home.
2. Cleveland isn't going to lose Philadelphia at home, Indiana or No KG Boston at HOME. I would bet everything on it. Easiest 3 games ever. Will not easiest but still pretty easy. They might lose to Indiana but the odds are extremely low.
3. LOL lose to 8-31 road record Memphis, who is going too want to lose on purpose to get a better draft pick? The only thing you should worry about that game is Bynum's health. Today is going to be the last hard game of the season.
If we lose this game then it's officially time to rest our guys.
