Some good news :

GSW have lost 9 straight against the Lakers at Staples Center. Andrew Bogut is out (ankle), so rookie Festus Ezeli will start.

and also expect 20-15 game for Dwight.

Huge game. We'll start slow and catch up the last 3 quarters, just like always.

Let's hope it isn't all Kobe tonight and others help out. He's going to suffer a stress injury soon at this pace. But its usually sacrificed defense due to fatigue. Kobe won't allow his offense to suffer.

QUICK PREVIEW
Lakers (42-37) vs. Warriors (45-34)
10:30 PM EST

LAKERS
Won last 2
26-12 at home
25-24 vs. West

PROBABLE STARTERS
Steve Blake 6.3 points, 3.7 assists, 2.8 rebounds
Kobe Bryant 27.3 points, 6.0 assists, 5.6 rebounds
Earl Clark 7.5 points, 1.2 assists, 5.7 rebounds
Pau Gasol 13.5 points, 3.8 assists, 8.1 rebounds
Dwight Howard 16.8 points, 1.4 assists, 12.4 rebounds

WARRIORS
Lost last 1
18-21 on the road
26-23 vs. West

PROBABLE STARTERS
Stephen Curry 22.5 points, 6.9 assists, 4.0 rebounds
Klay Thompson 16.3 points, 2.2 assists, 3.7 rebounds
Harrison Barnes 9.3 points, 1.2 assists, 4.0 rebounds
David Lee 18.5 points, 3.6 assists, 11.3 rebounds
Festus Ezeli 2.4 points, 0.3 assists, 3.9 rebounds

PREDICTION
The Lakers have taken two of three from the Warriors this season, and although Steve Nash is out, Andrew Bogut is going to miss this one, too. Kobe has posted averages of 32.3 points, 5 assists, and 9 boards in the three game series. Howard has added two double doubles, and the Lakers' bench (surprisingly) has chipped in an average of 32.3 points per game. The Warriors have hit an average of 9 threes, and they've scored more than 109 twice in the three games.

The Lakers seem to be finding ways to win key games. This one is at Staples, and the Lakers can make things incredibly difficult to Utah in the battle for 8th seed with a win. So expect them to get it done.

Lakers 103
Warriors 99

I suspect that they will pack it in on Dwight and we'll have to beat them from outside. I hope the 3's are falling tonight...

Is it possible to have a transition game defense? This is a major flaw that needs some coaching. But what the hell do I know? :man11:

I wanna see better screen and roll D. Usually we are terrible fighting through screens and our bigs haven't really been doing a great job at hedging at the right time or strong enough.. It leads to drives to the basket and open Js, and GS will kill us that way if we let them..

Okay fellas..... magnanimous game tonight. All 3 final games are going to be really tough. But the playoffs have already started for us. And tonight.... IS A PLAYOFF GAME.

Play like we can, dont fall for GS fools gold.

Yes, it's now or never. Every game is a must win. That's the cost of being a bottom feeder by losing all those early season games.

OKC had very little trouble blowing out GSW yesterday, if OKC can do it, why not us? not to mention GSW are on a back to back night, must win game for us no excuse.

That should've been illegal D on the warriors, like 3 guys standing in the paint
