Huge damn win!

mmmm, they won against the hornets and almost won against the rockets... i am predicting a close game. seeing how weak our D is, a L by 2

I'm putting money on this one being the one that crashes the servers.

Panic time after the loss.

The Lakers can go from being pre-season #1 to capturing the title of worst team in basketball after a loss to the hapless Wizards. Rock bottom is clearly in our sites. Quite an accomplishment. Who woulda thunk?

We just can't lose this one.

No matter what, I hope changes are made this weekend after the 15th. Move Gasol and sign West, and cut Morris. I would like to see DJO to see if he can spark some energy. Against this team he should get some burn.

Why didn't Morris play last night? MDA sending a message to the FO?

Wall is having his knee looked at today. Almost certainly not playing.

Considering our team is going to be on b2b, I'm highly optimistic.

kobe basically said hes gunna facilitate more and get other guys going so hopefully he does. with the way our d is though their role players are prob gunna get hot and jamison is gunna get destroyed on d.

we should win but im not hoping. i do hope that we play at the slower speed we did in the 2nd half of the knicks. really helped our D ALOT and limited turnovers ALOT and if Kobe is facilitating more it should help our O too without Nash. lets hope the players and Dantoni learned something that a basic basketball fan found out yesterday.

We should win, as bad as we are we are still better than the Wizards. If we do lose we would have actually hit rock bottom.

A win just to soothe the squad's psyches along with the fanbase. Even if they do [keyword: if] it is against a cellar dweller so it can be taken with a huge bag of salt. At this point, we'll take ANYTHING we can get, no?

It's dire straits right now. And I don't mean "The Sultans of Swing." This one is beyond "must win" status. It's like "must, must win."

I just hope there are no more injuries.

Jordan Hill will miss Friday's game against the Wizards with back spasms and Devin Ebanks will start at PF.
Hill has no real value despite a brief starting stint in place of Antawn Jamison, who himself was replaced by Ebanks at halftime of Thursday's loss to the Knicks. Ebanks scored a career-high 15 points with five rebounds and one assist in 34 minutes against New York, but his value is limited by Pau Gasol's eventual return. If Ebanks performs well Friday, he could be worth a short-term add.
