No. I'm sure there's some equal opportunity there. It just makes me bristle a little when he's actually had some good plays out there tonight for the most part. He lost a rebound to a young athletic kid? It doesn't bother me as much when he's doing other things positive out there at that exact time like flushing down the dunk and cutting for an and one.

He's young; like 24, and this is his first season. He might become a good, consistent shooter one day.

Well, that should do it. Escape with a W, but seriously this team hasn't changed much. Some aspects are better, but they're still going on these insultingly bad stretches that defy belief for how rapidly and prolifically they let an opposing team score.

Not great. But, we got a W, and that's all that matters in the playoff race. We have to go at least 5-2. MDA would say:

"Let's go, let's go. Build the lead, hit open shots! Let's go guys!"

Agreed, but as said by many here I can't take any solace in moral victories any more. We need W's. We get that and I'll be happy.

I get that but I am also a believer in teams have to learn how to win. The Lakers use to beat teams because other teams made big mistakes and we didn't. Right now we are the team making late game mistakes. We have learned to lose and forgot to how to win. This game is atleast shows they are going the right direction (barely)

I'll take the W, but I don't think there's anything to take away from here. Awful execution on both ends after that blistering start. A 29 pt lead became a 4pt one... Demonstrated that ball movement on O doesn't necessarily = better D... Nash was a non-factor, Pau was weak on D (strong on O though), Kobe seemed off rythm all game (IMO because he's looking to pass too much, can't get any scoring rythm), our shooters showed their great inconsistency.

Meh. Hard to be objective that they have turned the corner with only a 4-1 stretch to look at.

^^ Are you really talking about this particular game? If you are I'm going to have to question what you're seeing out there. Sure, I've seen that from him plenty of times over the last few years, more often than I care for. Nonetheless, generally speaking, not what I saw at all from him tonight. Did you watch the first quarter where he had 13 points, blocked two shots on Pek and kept him basically scoreless and useless during that stretch?
