Kobe Sizzles in Win
Kobe Bryant made some history in his return to the court Friday, leading the Lakers to a 119-93 win over the visiting Sixers. Bryant scored 48 points, becoming the youngest player to record 15,000 points in his career. Bryant, who hit all seven 3-pointers he attempted, had been suspended the past two games for elbowing Memphis' Mike Miller. Smush Parker added 24 points on 9-of-10 shooting from the floor. Bryant and Parker were a combined 12-of-12 from behind the arc.

specially after that horrific loss in Philly and a more horrific performence by Kobe Bryant. I´m sure he wants to school Iggy.

I think we'll get the win but I doubt Kobe will play well. Philly has guarded him well the past few games. His fg % against them is horrible the past 2 seasons against them. I'm hoping for a bounceback game for the Lakers. We really need to get things rollin again.

Well, here is the good news: Phil has never lost 6 straight games in his 15 years of coaching.

Kobe will have huge night and with those rested thumb / fingers, he will dominate. Triple double or 45+ point game! :man1:

Everybody writes about Bryant having a great game, but I don't really care about Kobes stats, as long as the Lakers win this game. They really have to... I would like 50 Kobe points too though :jam2:

Lakers will win this one. Kobe gets around 30 points and the Lakers get the win.

Slava laughed at the suggestion his skills might be affected by the down time. "Are you kidding?" he said. "Basketball is like ball. It's all a circle."

Hi all, i am turkish. i am following this site and forum for years but i wasn't a member. i have registered a few minutes ago. again hello.

I am afraid of Iggy about Kobe. because in the last match (this season) he defended kobe well, and kobe has awful fg percentage. we must defend ivy well, he mustn't score 30+ pts.

I'm sure that Kobe will own Iggy this time. Also Kobe is well-rested

On the other hand, I think Allen will get his 30 points no matter what. The point is his teammates like Webber or even Korver. Iverson will shoot it even if he can't hit so it's not a big deal. :man1:

This will be a W for sure. Kobe will score 35+ on Iggy. Go Lakers!!! :jam2: :jam2:

Indeed it will help us if Webber is out, but we better not underestimate ANY team - injuries or not.

We need to start a winning streak... and now is the time to start it.
