Did You Know?
- The Lakers have won three out of their last four games without Kobe Bryant in the lineup?

You know, Kobe! :disagree:

We'll take take the next game. We always do, after a win. Then we'll fail to win three straight games again.

Actually, it's... "The Lakers have won 2 out of their last 3 games w/out Kobe."

Since Kobe actually played against Cleveland.

If we can beat the Wolves, we can beat the Warriors. We need to carry our momentum into the Warriors game.

JJ should start again. He earned it with his very strong game against the Wolves.

Kobe only played 6 minutes against Cleveland, basically without him.

absolutely right. all sasha did was get abused by wally and make KG mad enough to dominate the entire 4th quarter. JJ is rock solid, what a great game for him tonight, without chucking up a ton of 3s. its sometimes easy to forget that this guy started on the 2001 76ers team that made it to the finals, he's been around.

Yeah I think JJ should be starting. He did a great job against the Wolves. Sasha needs to be bench. I mean he has nice energy but, this guy is too small. I mean he seriously needs to hit the weight room. I would like to see Walton more in the lineup as maybe a limited SG or have Butler stay SG and Walton be SF when JJ goes to the bench. As for this game we should be able to beat Warriors.

JJ should go on Richardson. Richardson is way too strong for Sasha. Lets hope we can win this one at home. The next games are going to be tough against the Flippers and against the supersuckies. Lets go for 3-0 :man4:

I think we can take on the Clippers but, will lose to the Sonics. However we will stilll have our first 3 game win streak

Seeing that we beat the Wolves, we should beat the Warriors, and we probaly will beat the Clippers.

Yeah, Sasha won't be in there. He only started against the Warriors last time b/c Richardson wasn't out there.

Brandon's Analysis
I always enjoy watching Derek Fisher play. Tonight, I'll feel the same...but the difference is, he's not wearing gold.

The Warriors are trying to swim their way out of the deep Pacific waters...but will it happen? Not with the Lakes they'll have to conquer. :) But the difference is, the Warriors aren't really looking at this game as being a chance to move up for a playoff spot...not yet, anyways. Instead, Golden State sees this as an opportunity for revenge...for the games that we've won, for them picking up Fisher (which I believe was a "golden opportunity") and, well...just because. The Lakers can't take this game too lightly though...the Warriors have J-Rich back, and they seem to always cause us problems everytime we meet.

There are two Warriors to watch for in this game: Richardson and Fisher. Fish will play great at STAPLES, and J-Rich could abuse Vujacic tonight, depending on how long Rudy T keeps the young kid in the game. Okay Laker fans...on three...one, two...three...where's BOBBITT? Maybe a little dramatic, but I'm guessing Tony is keeping busy watching the Laker backcourt struggle defensively, and thinking to himself, "Why didn't I just stay in bed this morning?"

Your fast break connection of the night...will be Atkins to Butler. For the Warriors...Speedy to anyone. The Lakers need to improve their transitions...well...defense, shooting, pick and rolls...a lot of things, but fast breaks will be an important factor in this game tonight. If the Lakers push for the 2 on 1, possibly 3 on 1...and don't hold the ball and back out, we can have some easy buckets on the break, which could be nice to look back to if we're barely holding a lead near the end of the game.

Brandon's Prediction
With everything in place, this could be another exciting game at STAPLES. Although some would consider Warrior games boring, this team will fight against teams such as the Lakers and the Wolves, proving this against Denver the other night. However, the Lakers are playing at home, and Mihm should have a good game...where the Lakeshow will pull away late in the fourth and win this one, 98-90.

If Sasha is on J-Rich, we are in SERIOUS trouble. If that holds true I will call it a loss right now. Rudy if you have even half a brain you will not put Sasha on Jason.
How do I know Jesus loves me so much he doesn't want me working the whole weekend?
Exodus 31:15 Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day shall be put to death.
Don't believe those lies, son! The only lies worth believing are the ones in the Bible! Can I get an amen?
