I'm feeling almost sick with anticipation. This could be the biggest game in Lakers history! In the 1st half, all I want is for the Lakers to keep it close, a 2 or 3 pts game either way. I know the 3rd quarter will be ours...Hopefully we can get a repeat of Game 5 vs. the Timberwolves last year :man1:
"Sitting in the house, I'm loadin' up the pump. I'm loadin' up the Uzi. I got a couple M-16s, a couple 9s. I got a couple joints with some silencers on them. I'm just loading clips, a couple grenades. I got a missile launcher with a couple of missiles. I'm ready for war." - Kevin Garnett

I know it's a bit much to ask, but I want the Lakers to go into half-time with a lead. A huge lead would be nice, but a 1 or 2 point lead would be fine too. I have a feeling in this game the Spurs are going to score as many points as the Lakers in the 3rd because Pop will fire them up at half-time (to avoid another 3rd quarter meltdown). Because of this the Lakers will have a huge 4th quarter instead.

Who saw that guy (Carlos Gonzalez) mow a Payton's name and number 20 into his lawn?!

They were showing it on ABC Eyewitness News a second ago.

Lakers MUST come out early and dominate, because if they get down by double digits, its over. Because the sp*rs are too good of a defensive team to try and comeback on, especially at home. And if they do fall behind early, they have to have the lead cut to single digits by half. Man, I"m so scared, I don't even know if I can watch the game.

Man I am so excited!!! Let's go Lakers! The most important game of the year. We have to come out aggressive and show the Spurs we mean business! Let's cut their hearts out!
:ball1:

This would be my perfect ending for this one: :man10:
Horry is sick of being a spur. Gets a pass from Kobe throws his spurs jersey away and has his old laker jersey underneath it. Takes a three at the buzzer and actually falls in after rolling in and out. Lakers win!!!
That would be a great ending... :mhihi:

I think another key to this game will be, we have to shut down the ex queen Turkey face from hitting all of those three's. I hate him so much.

Man, these are the times I really wish the Lakers would have won more games in the regular season, so we could have home court advantage. :man6:
