What I don't understand is how he keeps his composure during the game. You would think that Shaq would get at least 1 technical foul per game the way they call fouls on him.

What happened to TWR?

According to his theory and principle, Francis should be suspended from the rest of the series due to that incident with the little girl. :man12:

I don't know, but the kid sure went down hard. No one even mentioned it. Not even the commentators and I'm sure they had to have noticed it just like we did on the replay.

Great game, big props to Karl and also to Kobe for those late shots in OT, but esp. to the Mailman. He stepped up when the Rockets double-teamed #8 and if it weren't for him the Lakers would be up 2-2, not 3-1. Now it's back to Staples and it's time to wrap this series up and get rid of this pesky Houston team. Go Lakers! And congrats Karl on becoming the oldest NBA player to score 30 in a playoff game. :jam2:

As Karl would put it.. "an old warrior has been awaken." We now have a solid third threat to make teams think twice now about doubling up Kobe and Shaq thinking they're our only line of consistent offense.

Also, congrats on over 500 replies for this game! I had fun!! :jam2:

No kidding, this game shouldn't have gone to OT but the Lakers always have a flair for the dramatic (and Kobe missed in the regular session but made up for it). :man1:

I can't say enough about Karl. He basically saved our season and I think it's fair to say he's the best power forward EVER. I hope he decides to re-enlist for the Lakers army. :man1:

Man this game was huge, and while Kobe struggled all game, he was there for us in the clutch - when the true greats are.

You have to give your props to Houston for the fight and war they gave the Lakers. What a hell of the game.
