This is the game we should fear. The Lakers have a habit of playing flat during their first home game of the series. We are better focused on the road.

This should be the closest game of the series, and probably the last chance the Wolves will have to save hope.

I hope we play good at home, but we've been playing great at home all season... Normally I would hate coming from 2 away games to a home game, but not this season.

I am affraid that this serie is going to be tougher than expected. Not that I believe the Wolves have enough firepower and skills to stop our team but what they got during the last game is confidence. That will make a big difference now, they know that they can spank the lakers and they really think that they can win this serie :man7: After what Kevin said (if they want to win they will need to slit our throats, or something like that) it seems for the moment that the killing instinct has switched to the other team. Hope to see tonight that we can kill their momentum. 99-98 LA win!!! :jam2:

I think the win tonight will be a definitive win. The Lakers should be able to take advantage of the pressure that the Wolves applied in game 2, and Kobe and Shaq will both be eager to take Garnett up on his offer:

"They're going to have to really stab us, cut our hearts out and just put us in the morgue."

The appropriate strategy after stomping the defending champs is to remain humble and express doubt to the press. Garnett will figure that out tonight.

Prediction: Lakers 110, wolves 89

I dunno about you guys, but this series is starting to look like the WCF last year. Game 1 we blow them out. Game 2 Kings blow us out.... Then we go back to LA. Deja VU man!!! I just hope the outcome doesn't end up coming out that way!! I can't afford anymore stress, I just can't!!! And it's still only the first round!! whew... I hope they came prepared for game 3!!

The Lakers are going to come out slow, and the Wolves will probably have a small lead going into half but the Lakers will turn up the defense and Kobe will look to score more in the 3rd and 4th.

Yes, Now that the Lakers coaching staff will be ready for any pressure, well be fine, don't forget the pressure in game 2 took us out of the triangle offense. The great D by Min. is the reason we lost. Well be ready for that, I predict a 10 point lead throughout the whole game...

Lakers - 103
Wolves - 92

That has to be one of the oddest games I have ever witnessed...
