Why wouldn't we call a timeout there? What a stupid call to end the game.

That's an understatement. You could see Ron did not expect that ball. Why not call the TO with 7 seconds left? That's plenty of time for a Kobe 3.

Oh well.

Not a good play if Kobe doesn't get the last shot IMO. Kobe Bryant is on our team!

Really felt like Kobe was gonna make the shot if he took it from wherever. Dude has got his clutch back, I wish he would have gotten even a little space.

Really no reason to blame KOBE for not taking a TO. If Phil wanted to call a TO he would/could have......

Agreed. Ron was wide open. Doesn't get much better than that. We're on the road so I'd rather go for the win anyway.

Its Artest who he is passing too. If it was Fisher, I would have been a good play, but not Artest man.

Yeah, it was a pretty good play. But had Kobe went at least a couple seconds sooner, Pau and Odom would have had a better chance to rebound/tip.

Oh well.

I'm telling you: If Fish did anything in this game, we would easily win it. He has to GTFO. I'm sorry, he's just awful, like Brian Cook awful right now.

It's hard to accept that the Lakers didn't see how obvious of a trap game this was, and how they underestimated how good Memphis is at home (now 12-1 in their last 13 home games).

Good games from Kobe and Artest. Unfortunately, Artest didn't knock it down.

The Grizzlies did the right thing there by getting the ball out of Kobe's hands. I mean, a wide open 3 for Artest isn't the worst result, but once again I want to reiterate, we have Kobe Bryant!

Should have called a timeout when things started to get rough in the middle of that final possession. Sort of like you call a timeout when you can't inbound the ball in 5 seconds.

I've reached a point where I don't even get mad at Fisher sucking. If the coaches are okay with playing 4 on 5, I'll watch it. But -12 for him and +10 for Farmar doesn't lie.
