Mon. 3/29 - Lakers @ Hornets - Predictions & Comments

Re: Mon. 3/29 - Lakers @ Hornets - Predictions & Comments

it's pretty disheartening to see this team that's so "talented", so "deep", so this and so that... always struggle to win and sometimes lose to sub-par teams like NO. don't tell me that they're good despite the record. that's like saying the lakers suck despite their record. NO sucks compared to the lakers...

well, i hope something changes soon.

Does anyone know when he's coming back?

ESPN says he's targeting Sunday.

Onward to ATL and let's see what these MF'ers in Purple and Gold got..

You are always able to lift up my spirits, NWLakerfan. Once again your post is spot on. I hope the Lakers bring it against the Hawks (they'd better, anyway, regardless of the outcome). :jam2:
Thanks for the sig, Jr. Kobe.

Thanks for the info. It's clear that the team is suffering without his presence.

I share your frustration, but as it's been pointed out, Drew didn't play. I'm not excusing the bad play by the Lakers, but him not being out there is definitely affecting this team. Like you, I hope the Lakers pick it up soon, and they need to, because they're playing the Hawks in Atlanta in the next game.
Thanks for the sig, Jr. Kobe.

This team hasn't been talented and deep since the 07-08 season. We need to make some SERIOUS in the off-season.

yeah, agreed. I think i keep getting brainwashed by the media to think that. i still hear folks on TV and fans of other teams say we are deeper than any other team.

I don't know, since I tuned in late. But I did hear something about the team taking (and missing) too many outside shots and not going inside enough. :man5:

The starting lineup is quite deep (except for Fish, of course, and Drew is MIA right now), but the bench? Not so much, except for LO, if you count him as a bench player.

well we we up like 21-17 then missed 10 straight shots and the hornets went on like a 15-1 run

came back in the 3rd within 2 then we went cold again and hornets went up by 17

cut it to 5, then david west hits a lucky bank shot and posey hits a three....game over
