my prediction is if the lakers win this game by 10 we will sweep the suns

Both teams start out by shaking off the rust after the week-long layoff. The well-rested Lakers play with a lot of energy to build a big lead (10-20 pts.), but the Suns don't give up and rally to cut it to under 10. LA counters and extends it again to win the game by double digits. Kobe scores 30+ on 50% shooting and dishes out a few assists. Pau and Andrew get double-doubles.

Ron Artest needs to lock up Jason Richardson

to me thats going to be the key. If Artest is able to shut down Richardson, then this series is over sooner than many think. Artest certainly CAN lock him up but JRich has been RED HOT this post season...if we shut him down and force Nash to score, we will have an easy time.

I think J-Rich will be an easier defensive assignment for Ron than Durant or D-Will were. He'll make the occasional 3-pointer but I believe Ron will lower his FG% like he did to Durant. The physical play from Ron will also wear down J-Rich as the series progresses. That's one match-up I'll definitely enjoy watching.

Be patient, the build-up to the game will be worth it. The Lakers will be rested and ready to beat down the Suns. And LeBron's Cavs will go fishing tomorrow night (I hope).

i can't believe i will be rooting for celtics tonight lol.

For some reason I'm nervous about this series. I feel that we are the much better team, but you never know whats going to happen in a 7 game series.

i mean the suns getting to the WCF Isn't by accident, they played well and hard, I wouldn't write them off so soon. let's take one game at a time and hope we take care of business at home.
