I think that our team outside of Kobe has gotten a little bit too comfortable with knowing that Kobe "can" take over and win games for them. Last season, Kobe's numbers were down, but his leadership was infectious and the team was acting like a hivemind. This season, We hit that in spurts, but it seems like much of the team, the bench especially, are freeballing it or deferring to Kobe far too often.

Disclaimer: I am in no way blaming Kobe, he has been unfathomably good this season. Still though, it seems like the more Kobe is shouldering the load, the less the rest of the team even tries.

we have just 1 new player, I think we need more, not enough hunger in this team anymore
