I'm not sure if this game is on Fox Sports West or not, I assume it is, but I can't put it in the description until I know for sure. Anyway, this isn't a game I expect to win, but if we did it would be a pretty big victory.

WIN GAME ONE.

This is one we really need to win. Would completely change the shape of the series. Right now we're clearly the underdog.

yeah, this is the game to sneak. oklahoma has been resting and haven't had in-game intensity for a while. we have to jump on that sluggishness/rust (if it's there) and not ease up.

and that building is gonna be loud as hell, gotta ignore it.

yeah but i think to be a underdog in a series isn t that bad.the pressure is on okc

Weezy, the first two games (road) will be on TNT, and the third one (home) will be on ESPN, according to the official Lakers website. If I'm not mistaken, KCAL and FSW will no longer be showing Lakers games (the Lakers will have their own channel/network starting next season).

Call me crazy, but I believe the Lakers will win this game. It'll be close, but I think the Nuggets have toughened up this team by pushing them to the limit in the first round, and I have a feeling the Thunder will be rusty from having to wait so long for this series to start.

Dallas was a couple of plays down the stretch from taking not 1 but both games in OKC. IMO we are a better team than Dallas.

We can win in OKC and we need to start off on the right foot here.

This would be the perfect game to win on the road. Catch them off guard. It's gonna be a dog fight but I think we can do it.

We absolutely must have win one of these two games on the road. It's imperative. If we happen to lose these first two, we'll be headed for an early offseason...

My heart says the Lakers will find a way to pull off an improbable win tonight, but my mind says the Thunder will most likely take Game 1.

The Lakers will be tired after a long 7 game series against the Nuggets, while the Thunder are rested and ready to run circles around the Lakers already slow-footed defense. However, if Artest can play defense on Durant like he did in the 2010 playoffs, and if Bynum and Gasol play with a lot of passion and heart, then there's a chance the Lakers could win.

It's a strange feeling to have the Lakers as the underdog for the first time since the 2008 Finals against Boston nearly 4 years ago; let's hope they can use that as motivation to come out and find a way to win this very difficult road game.

I haven't recovered mentally from game 7 man and now once again having to get up at 3:30 am - we better perform tonite

We need to win Game 1 or Game 2. Game 1 would be preferred since it would be a hellava task trying win 3 games in 4 nights. If we don't win Game 1 or Game 2, we lose the series.

for whatever reason...I share your sentiments...my gut feeling is 4-1 OKC. But I so much hope that I'm wrong and insane...

To be honest, I hope we don't get swept. That's the wrong feeling to have but its something that WOULD happen to us given everything that has gone on. These first 2 games will tell us A LOT. If we can't steal one, we will lose in 4 or 5.

Win or lose I just want the Lakers to give it all. I hope this is a drama free series.

Make it two years in a row that the 2nd seed in the west with homecourt advantage and the sixth man of the year gets swept by the 3rd seed in the 2nd round!

I'm kind of optimistic that we are going to win tonight. Not sure why though.
