At least New Orleans is up next... but even with that matchup I wouldn't be surprised if we lose. :mad1:

That the only thing I want to remember from tonight. Wasted a damn good defensive game from Mihm.

our bench hit 4 shots....

- grant get healthy and start at the 4
- move lamar to the 3 and give him the ball
- let caron be the sixth man
- sometimes switch kobe to pg and caron to sg
- mitch and jerry, call jerry s. from utah
- win the [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.]' game on saturday... oh guys if you won't...
comes playoff time... comes laker time....

its time to starting looking forward for the DRAFT!!!
we are not doing anything this year! :bang: :bang:

Divac maybe out for good.... meaning there goes our legit bigman. We have no other big to match up against the likes of SHAQ, TIM, Yao. I hope we make the playoffs but MITCH better have spent some money on scouting this years DRAFT!!!!

Can we get some trades first at least and a new coach??? This team is sooo inconsistent and yet not a single peep or even a tiny rumor that Mitch is doing something to improve the team.

That's all I want for the time being. Just give us something that upper management is trying to do something to help the situation. :mad1: :mad1:

That's true.

That's actually my silver lining for every terrrible game: maybe this will be easier for a player to accept (getting traded) after he and the team has a horrible game...

One day it will come true...

I'm glad Staples Center booed the Lakers as the game finished. If there is one thing that should motivate Kobe to motivate this team, it's the boos of us fans, who have now rested our franchise on his shoulders.

Why is everyone so down in the dumps? A loss to a good team and everyone goes berserk. Trade this and fire that. You guys need to lower your expectations and realize that the Lakers are a 40-45 win team. I've never seen a team go 82-0 so just relax. It's ok if you have some concerns, but don't go crazy.

It would have been much easier to swallow had the team actually played good. 31% shooting, 9 points in the fourth quarter, consistently jacking up threes despite the fact they're not falling, Chris Mihm sitting out the 4th quarter considering two of our big men (Vlade and Grant) are already out with injuries...

Makes you wonder, what the hell are they thinking sometimes.

"They played great defensively," Bryant said. "They just sagged into the middle and turned us into an all perimeter team. We were just taking jump shots and they were not falling for us. They just kept me out on the perimeter. And most of my shots were bail-out shots with the clock running down or taking a shot with a hand in my face."

We did boo after the game was over. They just kept jacking up 3 after 3 after 3, getting no rebounds and no penetration (except that one sweet dunk by Caron Butler). Missing FT's like Shaq is back and overall just a horrid game. :disagree:

i blame kobe for this lose.

Grizzlies held the Lakers to a franchise-low 24 points in the second half to post an 82-72 victory.
