Kobe's Tear Continues in Win Over Pacers
Kobe Bryant continued his latest scoring onslaught in Monday's 96-90 Lakers win over the Pacers at STAPLES Center. Bryant's 45 points represented the fourth straight game he reached or eclipsed that mark, with three of those games coming in the last four days. A driving layup by Bryant with 1:46 to play broke an 85-85 tie and put the Lakers ahead for good. Lamar Odom added 17 points and 12 rebounds for Los Angeles, which goes for its fourth straight win Wednesday in Portland.

Hmmm, any news if J. O'Neal will be joining the Pacers this game? From what I read, he might come back againt the Queens game so it's a pretty good possibility he should be back by the time he plays the Lakers.

Nevertheless, tough game but me thinks the Lakers are going to drop this one.

No JO? If so then it should be easier. But i dont see any reason why we cant win this game.

Kobe drops 45 again and LO drops dimes. George and the boys "showcase" for indy as well :mhihi:

well no Artest, thast already very good. Now maybe no JO and its a second night of a back-to-back for Indy. I say its a MUST win without JO and we should win even with JO.

I'm gonna say this:
if kobe remains to be hot just like the last 2 games, not even the Pistons can stop him.

This should be a cake walk. Even with JO. Kwame has the tools to give him problems, we should win this one in double digits, as long as we don't leave the shooters (Sarunas and Jax) like we seem to always do against Minny

i dont know if JO or tinsley will play. a couple guys not to be underestimated are jasekevicius (or however you spell his name) and stephen jackson. we gotta make sure they dont get hot. jackson will probably split time with granger defending kobe. we definetly should win. it'll be the 2nd of a back to back for the pacers. and if JO or tinsley doesnt play...it's a MUST win. and by must i mean..BETTER win.

lakers by 9. kobe with 42. continues the 40+ streak. :man1:

Phil should show case George to prove to Walsh he's worth the swap for Artest :man12:

Awesome I didn't know they were playing against Sac. We'll catch them on the back end of a back to back plus they'll take care of Sac for us. :mhihi: :jam2:

this becomes a MUST WIN with indy playing us on the SECOND night of a back to back and they dont have artest either...Jermaine Oneal and Tinsley will most likely play but wont be 100%...we hafta start winning some games at home...Kobe will continue his 40 plus streak...funny how Indiana played Golden State already on their lil west coast trip...and now us...i guess this will determine who gets artest huh? But Ike Diogu played well against the pacers...i bet the warriors woudl give him up in a heart beat if they could get artest....oh well...i guess the warriors will be top 4 with the spurs suns and mavs for years to come if they get artest....but lakers will win this game tommorow....3 straight baby....LETS GET SOME AT HOME FOR GOD SAKES!

If Kwame has 10 blocks, 20 rebounds and 12 points against Pacers, would you trde him for Artest?

If George has 24 points, 10 rbs and 5 asst, will you include him in Artest trade?

Wow, I start to freak out myself if so. Definitely we can beat Pacers and steal Artest afterwards. Kobe and others need to feed George a lot.

Well I think we will win by 5 BUT we will be up BIG at the half and Kobe will struggle from 3pt range :man6: but its all cool

#4 of the 40pt streak for Kobe is here. Kobe will have 5 straight 40pt games.
