Kobe started out 1-7 FG in the first quarter and now he is 9-18 FG (50%)
Michael Jordan : "My Chicago team are the all-time greatest"
Magic Johnson : "Put me with Kareem, James Worthy, Cooper and Byron Scott, and we'd dominate your Bulls team"

MWP comes behind McGee gets the steal Kobe finishes...LOVELY>
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

He doesn't have any offensive skills, relies purely on athleticism, which has faded since the injury.

While I agree his offensive game is limited I think a lot of tonight has to do with what McGee just got called for.... He is being held inside the paint. He finally came out with a little more aggression the right way in the 3rd.

Yeah but that happened in 08, 09, 2010, 2011 too. Howard, when healthy and at his athletic peak, was able to score effectively despite what you mentioned. He's just no the same athlete anymore, and his offensive game isn't at all more polished than before. As a result, he's a much worse player.

With more FTs, we'd be winning this game.

He isn't 100% but again that is more shoulder, back and I think brightlight of LA which are all fixable. Tonight, I think it has more to do with Den holding him. His offensive game is someting tragic though

We won't win this game but I think we gave them a lot (A LOT) and still had a chance to make a run. Missed free throws, transition D and silly turnovers.
