Well, I guess it's a blowout after all.

He doesn't have any offensive skills, relies purely on athleticism, which has faded since the injury.

While I agree his offensive game is limited I think a lot of tonight has to do with what McGee just got called for.... He is being held inside the paint. He finally came out with a little more aggression the right way in the 3rd.

Yeah but that happened in 08, 09, 2010, 2011 too. Howard, when healthy and at his athletic peak, was able to score effectively despite what you mentioned. He's just no the same athlete anymore, and his offensive game isn't at all more polished than before. As a result, he's a much worse player.

He isn't 100% but again that is more shoulder, back and I think brightlight of LA which are all fixable. Tonight, I think it has more to do with Den holding him. His offensive game is someting tragic though

I agree he should heal and recover from his injuries. I don't necessarily think he'll be the same guy in terms of athletic explosiveness, I just don't see him transforming back into such a freak.

In terms of LA's brightlight and the pressure it puts on him, I dunno. He seems mentally weak to me, and that's further evidenced by him saying his FT shooting struggles are all mental, that he shot 80% in practice..
If we miss the playoffs he's really gonna get a lot of heat from the fans, and next season he'll be under the spotlight even more because he's gonna be healthy and without excuses.

Well, at least our rotation is getting more consistent and the bench production is OK.

This is a different team. Earlier in the year, we lose this game by 30. They fought back the entire team. Let's be honest. The reason there wasn't more outrage about Doc's front-running comment is because it was hard to argue. I didn't see that same team tonight. I saw something to believe in. This team has a real good shot to make the playoffs. Hard to win in Denver on the second night of a back to back.

does a team look like this ? which is desperate to make the playoffs without defense and so many turnovers that led to easy points after easy points really
