This one stinks IMO. 2nd night of b2b in Denver given the age of our team and the overall health or lack thereof. Clark has foot pain, Nash has back spasms, Dwight has shoulder and conditioning issues, Kobe probably has something, etc...

should we win, it will be a great win and it would send a signal to teams like Houston, Jazz or GS that we are coming after you.

Playing in Denver is all about one thing and one thing only: ENERGY.

It's not so much about speed as it is about Denver always playing at home as if they're on uppers and caffeine.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised by a double digit loss and it wouldn't bother me very much. Denver plays out of their freakin' minds against everybody at home.

Tough, tough game, but one we must show we have the ability to win if we're trying to get anywhere.

TOUGH game coming up, but this Lakers team has showed me something. I like our chances!

I'm a little nervous because Denver always has our number. Also we don't fair well against fast athletic teams, they do have Andre Igudoula (however you spell it) and he can be a pain due to his speed and athleticism.

Our best bet is to hope everyone has a hot hand, a warm hand would even help, shoot even room temp would give us a great chance.

The game's in Denver? I'm already preparing for the screw job from the refs. The past few games we've played there have been some of the worst officiating I've ever seen. Hopefully we can fight through the tremendous amount of adversity to get the improbable W.

Odds are high against winning. It depends which team shows up. Can't ask a whole lot on the road b2b.

Yup, not winning this one at all. No chance in hell. If we win this one convincingly, then I seriously believe we have turned the corner.

That said, at least we got a couple more home games next.

This is a VERY tough game to say the least.

We haven't been this big of underdogs since Miami two weeks ago, and before that, it was at San Antonio on Jan 9th. Not a good sign.

We need to make up for these losses by beating teams like Chicago, Atlanta (home and road), Milwuakee, and Memphis.

tough game but the Lakers can pull it off.

They gotta come out strong. They can't let the Nuggets jump out of the gate and deflate the role players.

Also Dwight has to be huge. He's in his prime and can do the back to back better than our veterans.

PREDICTION
The Los Angeles Lakers are on a roll, but only one team has been winning in Denver this year: the Nuggets. The Nuggets might be without Danilo Gallinari, and that really could make a difference. Gallinari has scored 58 points in three meetings against LA this season.

Kobe Bryant has done whatever it takes to get the Lakers to within one game of .500. They'll reach that mark, but I don't think it will be tonight.

My biggest concern is the rebounding. If we had trouble in large part for the full game against the Mavs I don't know how then we will fair against the energy driven Nuggets.

One thing is for certain, this will have to be a complete team effort on the boards and we have to do better to get to the 50-50 balls. What a huge win this would be
