Monday 3/25 - Lakers @ Warriors - Predictions & Comments

So had they called that foul for Kobe and he hits the FT, 6 point game, and we don't waste another 15 seconds or so to foul, never know what can happen, I don't get when refs just say "eh it's over I'll swallow the whistle now".

in a perfect world the refs would make that call for Kobe. But too much to ask for I guess

GS lived by the jumper in the first half.... they have not died by it in the second half but they have been wounded by it. They match up well with us at this point but won't go far in the playoffs without an interior game.

Ugh... Kobe played with my emotions on that.
For what it's worth, the Lakers also clinched the Pacific Division, an achievement Bryant dismissed by saying "We don't hang divisions." No, only the big NBA championship banners are considered wall-worthy for the Lakers.

8.8 seconds left, Kobe should miss the 3rd FT and get rebound and shoot another 3.

Kobe is missing a lot of FT's these days. But like Stu says, played the entire second half, IMO really dumb coaching.

That has been how they do Kobe all the time.

At least this looks better on paper. Wednesday is a big day for us and Utah.

I was speaking about GS.

I would say that we are a team that wants to be a jumpshooting team.... the problem is that we only live by it once a month.

I see it both ways.

MDA played Nash/Blake/Kobe/Meeks a majority of the 2nd half. That's our whole backcourt.

MWP is out.

You could argue Clark more time at the 3, but GSW has went small with Curry/Jack/Thompson.

It's gotta be tired legs because it's happening at the end of games and his routine is not changing, it never has.

I think Golden State honestly let their foot off the gas a little because they probably felt, shoot it's over with. This was a sympathy comeback they let us have.

Yeah, but I mean we're down 20 going into the 4th, Kobe played the entire 3rd. You really think we're going to come back and win the game, especially with giving Kobe zero rest and I'm SURE his ankle still not anywhere close to 100%? Maybe we come back, but the coach is wearing the guy out for a HUGE maybe.

I agree with you on that. I was just giving the most likely reasons why the rotation has been screwed up this game.
