Another close one I'm assuming but we'll pull through. Another bench player will be the x-factor in the game. I'm hoping for Rush.

Lakers 90. Pistons 86

The Pistons got their hearts ripped out. In OT they looked shell shocked. LA wins by 12. I think Luk'll play 19 minutes

This is going to be a close one, I have come to the conclusion not to expect a blowout this series, I predict we win by 7. Kobe and Shaq will come up big, Malone will do what it takes in his role (whatever that will be), Payton will be Payton (he is done for this series, Phil has gone back to the triangle which has taken him out of the series...so to speak), and I think/hope Luke gets big minutes again, he was phenomenal.

Luke's been the passing guy Shaq's been looking for all season long... so I think whenever Shaq's on the floor and we struggle a bit, Luke will get minutes and will get the job done.

Game 1
Billups: 8-14 for 22 points, 4 Assists
Payton: 1-4 for 3 points, 3 Assists

Game 2
Billups: 6-15 for 27 points, 9 Assists
Payton: 1-3 for 2 points, 3 Assists

Total
Billups: 14-29 for 49 points, 13 Assists
Payton: 2-7 for 6 points, 6 Assists

Will we get ANYTHING from this loser payton in game 3?????

just forget payton. he's nothing.

I think the Pistons won't recover form last night.

This gave the lakers tons of confidence, too! They earned that win, and I think it got the team going now.

I agree Payton has given the lakers anything different than fisher can. I wish he would spark up and play like he used to back in seattle.

Luke should be on the court for most of the game. I think he will be the difference in this series. Kobe's 3 saved the Lakers but even he said that without Luke the Lakers wouldn't have gotten to that point. Go Luke and the Lakers, win Game 3 and go up in this hard-fought series. :jam2:

R. Wallace won't score more than 20 this series. Even then it will be because of a tough game.

He will probably get 17 or 18 max.
