No. When Blake plays with confidence, doesn't hesitate, thinks the game, he is a good back up at the PG spot. He is capable of being a very good 3pt shooter, he has good court vision and he plays hard. It's when he's doubtful, hesitating, passive that he doesn't perform.

I don't think he has. His limitation is that he can't shoot threes for **** and thinks it's smart to take four by half time. Typically players that launch up threes like this and can't convert on them at an efficient rate do it because it's easier than working for a better shot. Kobe's bball IQ is turning into Antoine Walker status.
