Thompson just punked Dwight for number 10 in a row....

He has never heard other team announcers. Portland guys will say: "he should've smacked him harder" and things like that. And Boston announcers are maybe even worse.

I think Portland is the worst.

I'd vote for that Hensen fool in the Green Kingdom that dude is the worse homer ever.

Cousins is now getting away with shoving Howard. It's going to be a long night.

Eff....

This is for all dimwits who do not understand how a coach can be the one to blame for defensive lapses.

Take a goddamn timeout. Yell a bit. Shift defensive assignments. Whatever. Do something. Show that you care..

Sac going to score 120. Why can't this team defend?? Kobe has to be part of the problem because this has been going on for years. Look at Boston and Chi - with injuries but still defend. Indy too.

Not saying it is all kobe. So simmer down. But he plays lazy and roams and gambles - but for about 10 games, and that sets the tone for others. And of course the transition D is terrible.

Anyway. This is a loss. So is our season. Totally cursed. Night.

I'll be a dimwit then.... The coach can set the tone but when you have 4 freaking veteran HOF players who understand what the hell is going on not even trying most of the time I'm not buying the coaching angle....

Totally. He was tearing it up down there and now they are just getting allowed to pummel him with no repercussions. That last one on Thompson was like the latest whistle of all time.

Lakers really haven't improved at all since the start of the season. They had a few stretches of improved play, sure, but it wasn't building towards anything.

Their defense is so insanely bad I honestly feel like any random 5 of us could suit up and score on consecutive trips against them, regardless of basketball playing experience.

They let the Kings score on 10 consecutive possessions! In what universe is that playing basketball at a professional level? and it wasn't even a question of the Kings making tough shots. There were a couple of tough shots but almost everything was exactly the type of shot the player that took it wanted to take.

Lakers defense is just insultingly bad and Dwight too, he gets pushed around like crazy, what happened to him being one of the strongest players in the league? He's like Gasol out there.

Ah... now you are just playing devil's advocate.

Doesn't matter 4 HOFs. There are other players who see their coach not care about defense and they act accordingly. Young, or journeymen...

Coach is accountable for everything. Just like Tibbs is credited with great defensive schemes - coach can be blamed for not having any. Two way street.

Eff the tone. Kobe doesn't play defense? Identify the reason and either 1) shut him down if he can't 2) sit him down if he won't
