I reviewed about 6 different articles today that said that Mavs can win a tie-breaker for HCA if they win tonight and the teams finish with the same records.

sigh!! why don't these writers know their stuff. Isn't it true that the first tie-breaker for playoff seeding is NOT head to head. It is a Division winner question. since LA will win, and Dallas won't catch the Spurs, the Lakers could go 0-3 against the Mavs, but if they finish with the same record, the Lakers still have HCA. Right??
