One positive about Dwight: he's not losing the ball anymore.

If Jamison can continue to rebound like this then Hill is not needed IMO. Hill is great hustle but his contributions on the offensive end are garbage buckets and that's about it. If he's on the floor his man will sag on Pau or Howard.... if Jamison is in the game instead they can't do that...

Mike Trudell ‏@LakersReporter

L.A. scored 65 first half points on the road with its third string PG. D'Antoni optimism is there especially when Nash returns.

Well said Mike

This. On the stat sheet he took 5 shots, but he's been thrown the ball much more than that. Either doesn't look comfortable, or is worried about double teams. He needs to attack quicker as well. But he's a pnr big man and he needs to polish his post game.

That was a great half of bball.

If we keep up this level of play in the 2nd half, the starters should get some much needed rest.

I like the real short runs D'Antoni is giving our players they play like 3-4 minutes and then come out and he keeps guys fresh and constantly up tempo.

Looks like Paul? Did he flop thirty times, cry ten times, and put on some baby fat?

KEVIN DING ‏@KevinDing

Dwight got a kid out of courtside seat to try a halftime practice shot -- then swatted it into the stands.
