Monday will be a blowout. I'd be surprised if they keep it within 25 points. Lakers in closeout losses usually mail it in. If Pau is in a Laker uniform next fall, the fans are going to revolt.

Well, that's that. It doesn't bother me much though, as I pretty much saw this thing was over after game 1, never let my hopes get high, sometimes you can just see when a team doesn't have 'it'.

can really empathize with Grizzlies fans. This series was ours. Other than game 1, the Lakers outplayed OKC pretty convincingly for the majority of the time. But two stupid late game mistakes in game 2 and one in game 4 and that's all it takes.

As great as Bryant is, when he takes over the game it just disengages his teammates. And it extinguishes their intensity. It just does. A shame we lost this game.

I hate how it felt like the Thunder were toying with the Lakers all game long, as if they were playing at half speed waiting until the Lakers began to tire in the 4th before they stepped it up to full speed. Just like in Game 2, it only took a mini-blitz at the end of the game with Kobe looking like garbage out there to seal the loss.

So much for the experienced team finding ways to win close games. All they've done is find ways to lose games they had control of.

Its probably for the best anyway. Stern and the owners wanted parity. They're gonna get it. Prolly be a Spurs/Indiana finals which no one outside of San Antonio and Indiana will care about. They're gonna love those ratings.
