Shaquille O'Neal had a team-high 24 points and 12 rebounds and Gary Payton scored 19 and handed out nine assists.
I hope he plays so he can get in rythem with the team. I know were all riding a high right now, but the Suns aren't that bad and did cause some trouble for us in the preseason. I know its just preseason, but I hope the Lakers come out like they did tonight!! And boy did they look good!!
The Suns are a good team, they played well last night, and almost beat the Spurs, in fact they were beating the spurs for like the entire game, and then the spurs took the lead for the last couple minutes, and beat them.
On ESPN,Kobe said his knee his feeling alot stronger (hmmm...funny how quitely that upgraded from last night ),he can do everything he normally can, but his knee gets fired at times and playing is a distinct possibility.
"Sitting in the house, I'm loadin' up the pump. I'm loadin' up the Uzi. I got a couple M-16s, a couple 9s. I got a couple joints with some silencers on them. I'm just loading clips, a couple grenades. I got a missile launcher with a couple of missiles. I'm ready for war." - Kevin Garnett
