I would have just linked you to my player matchups from the last time we played them, but the lineups have changed some due to the Grizzlies getting some of their injured players back.
Payton/Williams- Both are guys who like to get out and run, so this should be a fun game to see. Williams will get lost in defending Payton, because of Payton's superior knowledge of the game and game situations. And Payton is under control when he plays, while Williams still plays erratic. Both will get double digits and a good amount of assists, but Payton should be able to force Williams to cause some turnovers and get some easy steals. But with these 2 guys at the point, look for there to be a lot of running and probably some fast breaks. Payton will need to score more, if Shaq sits.
Kobe/Miller- Kobe should be able to prevent Miller from having a good shooting night with his D, and Kobe should have a good game since Miller isn't all that good of a player on defense. I think Kobe will try to use his quickness to his advantage and get to the basket and either get the basket or go to the line, he should be able to do this with ease because he is much quicker that Miller. And if Shaq sits out, expect Kobe to take this game over and shoot more than usual.
George/Battier- George struggled against the Bulls, so hopefully his shots will fall tonight, if not it will be hard for him to get into the game. If George struggles again tonight, look for Russell to see some minutes. Battier will be looking to score, so George will have to try and find ways to prevent him from scoring.
Malone/Gasol- Gasol is a good 3 inches taller than Malone, and is fairly long, so he will probably be their leading scorer. Hopefully Malone can play some D on him, and aggravate his shot. And look for Malone to get a double-double, because he's a lot more aggressive on the boards. Malone will have to continue to look to shoot the ball more, especially if Shaq isn't playing.
Shaq or Grant/Tsakalidis- If Shaq does play, I don't think he will dominate like usual, because he will be playing hurt, if he doesn't play then look for them to try and take advantage of that and go to the basket a lot, especially with their big men. Jake's performance will depend on whether Shaq plays. If Shaq plays, Tsakalidis will struggle to get any points, if Shaq sits, then he will do decently.
